Edit Information Objects

  1. Log in to Salesforce and access SMS-Magic Converse.
  2. Click the Converse Settings tab.

  3. Click Message Configuration section on the left.
  4. Click next to the information object you want to edit. The edit view appears.

  5. Edit the information object details as required.
  6. Click Save.

    7. The Information Object column cannot be empty. You have to add at least one information object.
